Problems with MSN

Wonder if anyone has the same problems with MSN as me. It took me 40 mins in total to get on msn today. 10mins and 30mins with 2 sessions tonight. Its so corny that i cannot send any messages over because they keep getting bounced back to me. So sad sia. So i apologise to anyone who has tried talking to me on MSN and could not get me. Feeling sian about the whole thing. Sorry folks.
