Graduation Gown

Woke up realising that my voice became even lower and in time (by night) i would lose it almost completely. Went to church for 1st service and then group meeting, followed by the YF VIB meeting. The message by Paul Ferguson was really appropriate and it was encouraging to me. May the Lord allow paul to finish on the book of Colossians. Later had my lunch before making my way to Serangoon Broadway to get my graduation gown.

Went with glo there and then paid the deposit of 100 and collected the free gown. Glo is the first person to see me wearing the official gown before anyone else. Hahaha is it an honour glo??? The gown is quite interesting and need to use a few pins to ensure they all remain in its proper place. Met a number of folks (from PwC) there like Adrian, Cheewee, Han wei. Quite a pleasant surprise to see them there. Had a quick chat before i rushed off with glo after paying and collecting the gown. Sent her back before returning home for a quick shower and then rushing to meet Joseph. The weather was super warm and i really needed a shower to get rid of all the sweat i collected in the warm weather.

Drove over to Joseph's place and then drove over to Casuarina. Had a nice chat with him together with God at lower pierce reservoir. The focus of our chat was seeking the will of God and making sure it was certain. Indeed it is something i've been thinking a number of times and looking at the cost. So many gaps and so few to stand in those gaps. If God be willing to use me, send me. After our chat, met up with sharon and i left to get some medicine for my throat. After that, brought some things then went to my grandfather's place. After dinner, drove home and realised i've almost lost my voice completely.

Was able to talk to rach and glo about certain matters and thank God i was able to talk for that duration. God really provided me with the grace to do all that was necessary. Tomorrow i will need to report sick and then call back office to inform them. Should rest and let God do the work of healing in me. May the name of Christ be honoured and glorified.
