Today was a pretty interesting day. Follow mr Z's suggestion and add more thoughts and feelings in this post. But will continue my style of a diary.

Another holiday for us with 2nd being the belated New Year Day holiday. Initially wanted to play tennis in the morning but my plan came to nought when i could not book any courts in safra. Din feel like paying 9.50 an hour per court at the SSC courts. Way too expensive for us here. We are way too low on funds to pay for it. So we shelved the plan.

Night before i got a call from uncle yew song as to the YF program. He wanted more depth and information to it so we can specify the messages for the youths. So i got an sms from him today to meet him at his place to discuss the program. Actually i got the info from mr Z before i got the sms. So went to his place for lunch and the discussion. John, ZH, Z, myself and NYS had the discussion for the YAF as well as YF program. We talked till about 320pm when Paul arrived.

Following which i left with mr Z to YCK mrt. I was scheduled to meet Ms Y at 3pm but as the meeting was too long and her driving lesson was not finished yet. I met her at 340pm at the mrt. We were meeting to allow her to get more practise with my car. So i allowed her to drive from mayflower sec bus stop to end of mandai road before i switched with her to drive to Yew Tee CC. Heart stopped a few times over the trip but overall she was doing alright. Mr Z may beg to differ cos he was cold from the ride. As he says, a rollercoaster ride. We went to play badminton with the west side prayer meeting folks. We were there late at 420pm cos i had to park and we walked over. Had quite some fun playing with them there before i left with Ms Y around 620pm.

When i was done parking, we noticed a number of cars illegally parked on the road in the HDB. The ones where it was stated no parking. There were many cars there and on a PH..... they could have just parked the free parking in the multi-storey carpark. When Ms Y and i walked back to the car, we noticed that there was a warden booking the cars and we walked on and saw another one. So mr Z was wrong when he said that the parking wardens wun come on a PH to book cars.

When i was about to drive off, mr Z called me on my phone. Told me that Ms Y has left her hp behind so i drove to the CC from the multi-storey carpark to collect the phone. After which, i drove Ms Y home and picked up my comics from her place. Also ended up with some engine oil given by Rev Yong. I then stayed a while more to see some pictures of JSMers wedding, baby pics and camp photos. Ira, Isaac and Ivan returned from their grandma's for family worship. Mrs Yong invited me to join them as i was around and did not leave yet. I joined in and heard the need to be accountable for our actions. Then we prayed and ended the family worship. After which i drove home with the comics, engine oil in tow.

Ate dinner at home of instant mee, fried dace with black beans, egg with cheese. All brought by yours truly for my snacks and meals when i'm hungry and no food is available at home.

I had a blessed and fulfiling time today. Thank God for His grace in dealing with me this day. May the Lord guide me in my days ahead and my internship tomorrow.
