Overnight Prayer

Yesterday, i went off to meet kool earlier at yishun before choir. On our way driving down, kool got a call from his camp on his activation as a standby prowler. He was called to be the guard for today for his camp. Thank God that he was able to talk to his officer on the prospect of just covering the duty for the 1st half of the day (meaning morning till early afternoon). As such, it should be able to allow him to join us for the regional family worship this evening. Thank God for opening the door for him to be able to fellowship with us.

During choir, we did our best by God's grace to sing. Thank God that we were able to sing our best for Him. We need constant prayer that we will be able to sing well for the wedding on the 3rd of June. That the Lord will use us to honour and glorify Him during the wedding. We pray for souls to be saved during the wedding. There is something i like to highlight during choir, we actually started without praying and as we sang, this bothered me a lot. To the extent that i stopped to do a personal prayer for the choir. It was when the instrumentalists joined us that we prayed for the choir and the items. Let us never to forget to seek God in all that we do. For we must not go by our own strength but by God's strength.

After choir, i remained for the overnight prayer. Thank God that i was able to join the overnight prayer despite my dry cough. It was a truly blessed time of prayer where i and many others were able to seek God and seek His face. Thank God for the prayer till 2am where many young adults stayed behind to join the prayer. After the prayer, i drove glo, rev koo, kool and rev ang back to their homes. Got home around 3am and slept at about 330am after my shower. Had a pleasant surprise when i got home as i realised that my mom was back home already.

Woke up this morning at around 730am. This is mainly due to Ariel coming over and making lots of noise. She came over because my mother was taking care of her today. Though i slept for just 4 hours, i felt really refreshed. Thank God for His sustaining grace. Later on is the regional family worship. I pray that God will bless the family worship that He will glorify His own name through the worship.
