Strange

Before i elaborate on "Strange" i shall give a short account on what happened today.

Basically didn't sleep very well again. Because i took a nap after reading my book on the reformers. Then my dad turned my room light off. So i only woke up at 2am. Then i had to search for the things like spectacles, book and find where they are. Only when i found then that i went back to sleep. Woke up at around 6-7am. Did my devotions, then decided to visit the bank around 10am. Had to walk around and do some grocercy shopping while waiting for the bank to open at 11am. Banked in money and decided to see if i wanted to get another Master Grade gundam. Reason being while doing the model i broke 2 pieces and its in bad shape (ie not perfect) now. But i went around to see and didn't really want to spend God's money on another one. Cos they were too expensive. Went home, took a nap and went to church early to arrange the chairs and attend the night messages.

On the topic of strange. i find it very strange that when i was younger (in secondary school), i never liked History. In fact, in lower secondary school, i even stupidly competed to see who had to LOWEST history mark. And i won..... Over time, i dropped history when i got to sec 3. And never touched it again. Until Now.... its really strange that i took an interest in the history of the Church. I never thought i would be so interested in the Reformation and how the protestant church came to be. God was working to bring His people out of the dark ages and from the wrong worship of Him. And why are churches forgetting that fact and compromising and returning back to Rome... Its really a wonder.

I was also very engrossed in reading the historical books of the Bible. I'm reading them recently as part of my Bible reading project to finish as much as i can before i start work. Attempting to finish the Old Testament now. The Historical books are really very interesting and full of God's glory. They show the rise and fall of Kingdoms by the hand of God. Such is the greatest of my God.
