5 times in 11 days

After my post on friday morning, i went to shower and prepare for work. However........ my nose bled while i was in the shower and it was really bad. Therefore had to quickly go and see a doctor when i got to work in the morning. Pretty necessary. Thank God i got a referral to see a specialist in Mount E. So they would be able to determine the exact cause of the constant nose bleeds. It should just be cos my blood vessels are too thin and break easily. Though there are many worse cases that could come.

Friday.
Was on OA again. But work was more simple since we were all dismissed at 330pm to for the DnD (Dinner and Dance) for my company. It was quite fun in the morning since i didn't really do much work. Cos i went to see a doctor. Then just took some time to talk with folks in the morning and also settle the work stuff i needed to do. So things were pretty good. Then met Rach at Raffles place to transfer the phone line to her. Then i left for home. I was able to meet these 2 tourists on the Bus and i passed them a tract to read. I met these 2 guys because they were asking how to go to the Zoo and how to pay on the bus. It was quite nice to help them out.

Got home and saw my sister and niece around. But couldn't stay to talk to them because i needed to rush off for DnD. Got home at 520. So didn't have much time. Just went to shower and change my shirt. Then drove off to church to park there. Traffic wasn't very light (meaning it was heavy) and when i got to church. I saw that there was super a lot of MIST (read: HAZE) and the smell was pretty bad. I then took a bus down to SwissOtel at city hall. Walked in and went to find the rest of my colleagues. Met up with them before we went off to "book" seats.

The DnD experience was quite bad for me. Really didn't like the loud sounds and the environment. But my company was quite ok. Cos i knew them. But think some would know i was kinda out of place there. Cos i was zoning at times into my own world. We did take lots of pictures and i would post them up when i'm free and when i get them from the rest. Currently only got pictures from Ms Toon. After the DnD, i decided to leave first and the rest still stayed on. Went back to church and joined the overnight prayer for a while before going back home.

Saturday
Work up to realise that the HAZE had worsened. So morning tennis was cancelled and postponed to another day. Realise the HAZE would also make my taking and training of my IPPT worse. But i think i shall heck it and take some time to RUN around first. Since the main problem is the 2.4km run.

Went to church for prayer with the young adults. Had a blessed time of prayer before we all left. Gave lifts to folks who were still left. So took a trip to hougang and tampines. But then....... the haze was really depressing me because it made everything look super dark and dready. Seriously...... i like light. Light shows all the dirt, but light is necessary for all things. I then had dinner with Ethan just outside my home and the food was really filling. And it was quite cheap as well. Thanks Ethan for the Allswell Drink. Quite good. After dropping ethan at his camp, went back home. Then had a mass chat with my run folks. Though i still want to complain here. WHY!!! How come i cannot chat with Ms Toon??? Hahaha. Just expressing my frustration here. Cos MSN seemed to have some problem so we can't chat. But there were no problems in the mass chat. Oh well, since i got the pictures already. All's well.
