Perhaps an update for a change. For the past 5days of this week. Been slacking at home. Either sleeping, playing computer games or using the phone. Been kinda pissed at transit link. Apparantly, my ez-link card's concession has been terminated with effect from 24th April. Get this i'm still a student in NTU and i'm only in my FIRST year. So what's this! And as a result of someone's SCREW UP, i suffer for it. I'm unable to buy the bus stamp for this month til i get my concession extended. But then, I called on sunday regarding this matter to the transitlink hotline and they told me on wed afternoon that i could go down to any ticket office to get my concession extended. So i went down on thurs to do it. And what was i told? Erm we can't do it here please go to the interchange. So i walked from yishun mrt to the interchange..... Then when i was there do u know what i was told? Erm the system has not been updated, we already extended your concession but u can only buy it tomorrow. What the sh*t........ so i said then can i top up my card. She din even try and told me we can only do it tomorrow. I'm so sorry. She'll be really sorry if i can get my hands on her. So on friday i PURPOSELY made a trip to the Ang Mo Kio mrt to get my bus stamp. And guess what...... I was told....... i'm sorry. the system has not been updated so u cannot buy the bus stamp now. Please inform your school and get them to fax the details over. those ASSES...... so when i got home last night after choir i wrote an email to the person in charge of welfare about this. So she gave me a call this morning telling me that she has forwarded my request to transitlink and told me to try to use the purple machine to top up my card and see if my concession has been extended...... So i did by throwing another 10 bucks into the card...... And then still NOTHING......... They really provided me with absolutely NOTHING. Since i suffer as a result of someone else's SCREW-UP!!!! And i still need to do the work to fix it.... Absolutely STINKS.
