IR Talk and Choir Practise

After taking a short nap yesterday afternoon, i went for the IR talk in church. Was a little late reaching church and had to park outside and walk over. Met Seok Imm and Fiona outside and went in together. We then had a message given to us by Rev Seet and a forum. We were able to ask a number of questions and listen to the replies given. In summary, everyone has a choice and we are all accountable to God in the end. We must always look at our relationship with God and ensure that we are close to God and kept close by Him. With God as our focus, the decision we make would be the right one.

After the IR talk, i went for dinner with albert, jonah, seok imm, fiona, uncle joseph and aunt sharon. It was a good time of fellowship and i really enjoyed the time we spent talking about things of God. During that time, i considered that if i were not to go overseas, perhaps i could spend more time with God personally and with older Christians so that i can grow in Christ. Something that the Lord gave me encouragement when uncle joseph also felt that he would like to spend more time with the young adults to train us in God's word.

After dinner, we went back to church for choir practise. Actually, only i was singing while the rest just sat in to observe the choir practise. The choir practise went well but i felt i could improve more if i spend more time practising the item. Shall listen to it and practise more since i have the time now. After choir, drove joshua back home and then got home.

Decided to catch a little of the FA Cup final and then noticed that Liverpool was facing an unhill battle. Wanted to watch it till the end but decided that i needed the rest more to be ready to worship God. So went off to sleep. The good news i had in the morning was liverpool won the final after penalties.
