Of many things

Did not update for the past few days. Reason being that i'm busy or rather decided not to update so often (read: lazy).

Friday was as mentioned just the day to distribute badges for the JFJ event. Received an sms about a funeral but was not able to attend it. Choir practise would resume on 1 Sep, so i could take a break to recover and prepare myself for the Lord. Did not attend overnight prayer as i was too tired and could not drive down to church for the prayer. So stayed at home but Thank the Lord that i was able to help and speak to some people while i was home.

Saturday was a very packed day for me. Had to do a number of things and in the afternoon, i went to JSM for church maintenance. A group of young adults were assigned to clean church in preparation for sunday's worship service. Quite a number of us turned up to clean the place and i thank the Lord for their faithfulness in service. After the maintenance, we had youth prayer and thank God that a total of 13 turned up for the prayer (9 sisters and 4 brothers). We had a blessed time of communion with the Lord and we thank Him for guiding us in our prayers. After the time of prayer, i was given an opportunity to speak to pastor. As the sisters were still praying and the guys had ended, i decided to talk to pastor in the church office. Wanted to ask pastor about finding God's will and i'm so thankful that i was able to speak to him. After the prayer meeting had ended, 5 of us (rach, glo, cyndi, ethan) made our way to eat at lavender food court. As ethan and i were going for a funeral service. I pray that the word of God spoken will speak to souls and lead them to Christ.

Sunday, woke up early to attend first service. Reached a little late as i had left my home later. Took breakfast and that "ate" up a bit of my time. After 1st service, we went to FSC for Bible study. After Bible study, we went to support the YF and be helpers for the discussion. Thank God for the blessed time we had there. After YF, was lunch followed by tracting. I got home and rested a short while before meeting joseph to catch up. Thank God for joseph who has given to me some serious thoughts to consider in respect to the Lord's will in my life. Rested a while at home before attending the mainland chinese service. Went to the mainland chinese service as the men's group was singing for the 5th anniversary service. After we finished singing, i took a drive to andy's home and got lost along the way. Somehow, i kept making mistakes while driving and making all the wrong turns. Thank God that i was still able to go to andy's place. We had a blessed time of fellowship and Bible study. Thank God for cyndi and andy who were able to make it on such short notice. I had only smsed them in the evening to ask if they would like to meet. Thank God that we were able to meet.

For work today, im on L&E which has given me lots and lots and lots of problems. As a result, i can only do my assessment on tuesday afternoon. I had a last minute "sit in" for a secretary and it should be fun. Just answer phone calls and make photocopies i think. Should be relatively simple to do for the rest of the afternoon. Later would need to prepare my Bible study notes and if i would be able to leave earlier tomorrow, would give me more time to prepare. Would also need to email Dr Spence to inquire on a few more things.

As the Lord leads, i will follow.
I shall go where He wills.
Never faltering, never waning.
Always willing for MY Lord.
