Updates!!!

Just to update since my last post was 4 days ago.

Saturday - played soccer and got burnt in the hot sun. End result after 5 games was 0-1, 0-0, 0-2, 0-1 and 2-2. We lost 3 and drew 2. Quite good considering we played together for the very first time. Was quite fun as well. After soccer, rushed to FSC for the prayer meeting and thank God was in time for the prayer. After the prayer meeting, we had our Bible study conducted by Dr Fong. After that, we had a meeting on follow up program for youths and young adults. Once the meeting ended, went with a few folks to take dinner at Novena Square. We ended up at KFC eating a meal. After that got home and rested for service,

Sunday - Attended 1st and 2nd service as there were 2 messages preached. We had the combined group meeting on dating which is really relevant at this point in time. After the group meeting, i was contemplating to go for the YF to help the youths but was requested to help talk to a client of Rachel's. After service, went to make myself some new specs after lunch. Did it in Bishan for $300 to get transition lenses. After that went to Northpoint for a while before going home and meeting Joseph. Had a nice talk with him and was able to clarify things on God's calling. Went to my grandfather's home for dinner before returning back home.

Monday - Was a day spent doing admin work for L&E. First time on secondment there so it was pretty new and interesting. Left later than my usual time as i was trying to do my leave for tues afternoon. Went home and took the time to consider and prepare for the Bible study on tuesday.

Tuesday - Took half day leave in the PM to rest and also to prepare the sharing. Met Sim Ho for lunch and we had a blessed time of fellowship. We went to Taka to eat the Sushi there and we had a nice chat. Thank God for that. After the meal, i went home and decided to take a bus back. Managed to sleep a little on the bus and got home to discover it was raining heavily. So have to get my dad to come out to pick me from the bus stop. It was too heavy to walk back. Took a nap and then prepared for the Bible study.

Left my home to go to thomson plaza to have the Bible study. Thank God for those who were able to come. But for andy, i have to do a make up session. So sorry for making u come all the way down just to send people home. Thank God for the blessed time we had.

Wednesday (Today) - Spent the whole day in L&E and then took the time to just do admin. Spent lots of time waiting to do registration. Thank God for the sermons on my iPod and my book which i was able to read. Left work at 6pm. This was the first time i'm leaving work and the sky is dark. It was not dark due to the time but rather the super heavy rain. It poured cats and dogs and i had to navigate my way to the 70 bus stop. Thank God i got there safely. Took the bus and came to church to seek the Lord's face. Thank God for the blessed time of prayer we had together. Thank God for Joseph and Sharon who gave me a ride home. Praise God for their kindness.

Shall try to make more updates. I think that not updating so much makes a really really long post.
