Rainy rainy rainy days

A day of constant rain since i awoke. Night before chatted with ivan as he wanted to do a "trade". His PSP for some comics, its kinda of a good trade for me since all i needed to do was to pass him some comics for the PSP. And i could play the game he let me play on sat. So decided to trade after getting confirmation from his mother.

Once again, i was supposed to pick ivan and Ms Y from Aljunied mrt on my way to church. Since its on the way for me, i could pick them up if they are going for 2nd service. Since they were, due to the singing session for thanksgiving, i arranged to pick them at 950am. So technically to be there at 950, i needed to leave my home at 920 to have a leisurely drive. Once again, my plans din really come to fruit. I woke up late again..... Should have woken up at 8am but i woke up at 850am...... Marvellous right? Guess its the combination of tennis and waking up at 445am as well as the rain. Then i wasted time reading comics online before rushing to bathe and rush out of my home.

Travel was simply dangerous due to the rain. Also saw that Toa Payoh, Raffles place and Dhoby Ghaut was closed due to the civil defense exercise. There were those notices on the display boards on the expressway. Managed to get to aljunied in time to pick Ms Y and Ivan up. Rainy weather so it was good they got a ride from me so they wun get wet. Got to church in time and then went up for Sunday school. I served as a chairman for a final time? before departing for group meetings. The older ones have graduated/promoted into the group system.

After service, we wanted to leave but it was raining heavily again. We refering to ms chan, Ms Y and Ms Y's friend. She's called pure silence? (chun jing) my hanyipingying may be wrong. They decided to go town to eat while i made my way to yishun to get the comics i wasn't able to get on sat. After which went to my grandfather's place and the usual.

I ate the chicken version of the fantastic mac burger. its okay and better than the beef version. So for those intending to eat the beef version dun. Pay 20cents more for the chicken. But at 3.90 its not really worth the cash. Still personal preferrence. Once again, this also proves i'm a sucker for new things...... Haiz....
